It is one big task that most of the HR needs to perform.

Hence, disputes may occur between different groups in the company when working together. HRM is completely accountable to fix company disputes. However, it is very difficult and challenging. HR people always try to fix disputes without impacting poorly to any of the parties in the company. Because hiring a new one and providing him the training is more costly than maintaining the current employee.

HR people experience many problems when working with above things. They are very challenging, and plenty of initiatives need to find appropriate alternatives. However, HR people are always having difficulties to fix these key problems because the achievements of any company are suffering from these problems.
